English women are better in many ways the way I perceive them. They are more classy and sophisticated, more mature, not provocative, and yes they are better than the US women. Many Brit women are smarter, more intelligent, someone you can carry out a conversation with while here in the US the women are either snobby,play dumb, or act as ditzes which is a big part of what I see. Yes, Brit women sound more sexy because they actually use the grammar correctly and because of the accent vs. the dialect found through out the US. Women in the US want to try and be Brit except they cannot since they lack style, grace, manners, charm in most cases as well as they down play themselves. So, in conclusion Brit women are better off than the US women!They can go shopping at Harrods, go to Bond St.-new or the old one-or just have fun where as the US woman has to go shopping on a weekly basis at stores that sell you less then good looking clothes.

I'm British but have lived for several periods in the USA.

So from my personal observations I think a woman with a well educated, soft, southern English accent, coupled with the stylish physical appearance of a sophisticated New York woman would be a very alluring combination.

But the truth is that there are stunningly attractive women on both sides of the Atlantic - thank heavens!

I'm not sure if you're being serious or not, but I would say it all comes down to appeal and where in the US the person you're asking is from.

There are proper women in the US and in England, the same goes from non-proper women in both countries. I think an accent is attractive on a woman but is not needed for me to be attracted to her.

Some English accents are very sexy- it depends on the prestige of the dialect, though. For example, I'm very hot for the girl who does the Orbit gum commercials. Rrrrowr. However, both Cockney girls I've met have made me want to yank off my ears after five minutes of conversation.

Ethically and socially, perhaps. I don't see English women going out and getting wasted, drunk, getting tatoos or rings all over their body, etc. like American women do.

In terms of "sexiness", however, that is based on each individual women.

I'm a brit anyway but i don't think it makes much difference. Generally the population of the UK is more intelligent than the US (i'm not making that up btw) and i find intelligence a good feature in women.
