I am a uk size 16. What's the fastest way to lose dress sizes?
I know that weightloss isn't overnight.
BUT

Working out at least 30 minutes a day and cute out bad carbs... ie pasta, cokes, fattin foods, etc... just wants your carb in take!

Cut out fat. Think maths, don't consume more calories than you are burning. OK here goes,

1. Eat little and often. Go for 5 small meals a day, eat starch and proteins separately.

2. Exercise. Don't over do it, a quick run round the block once a day will do. Stairs are fantastic but be careful.

3. Speak to friends who have succeeded.

4. Do not compare yourself to others.

5. Don't weigh yourself, measure yourself. If you gain muscle and lose fat then you'll look tons better but most likely won't lose too much weight.

And be determined!!! Set a target and stick to it!

Eat healthy food, life vegatibales, fruits. For the first 4 days no junk food and eat any kind of vegitables. Then for the next three days it once in the moring, lunch, and dinner but not after six. Also work out. go run for about half an hour or an hour. When you eat your meals make sure they are small meals like a little of somthing to bit don't eat alot and don't eat after six trust me do this and you will love your body.

id reccommend joining weight watchers! Its really good there and they give u loads of tips! Ive lost 10lb in just 4 weeks! Also dont think of it as a diet but a healthy eating plan and also dont give up all your fave food just cut it down say instead of eating 2 packs of crisps a day eat 2 per week. And also cut down the amount of butter and fat you use. Try a stir fry for dinner as well as theyre really nice, quick and low in fat. Also i have weight watchers on tuesday which is my treat day, so that night i have whatever i like becasue ive got a whole week to get the weight off!! Gd Luck, those lb's will soon start dropping off!

There is no short cuts you must exercise,and eat properly nutritional food in order to lose weight,and keep it off.
