What is the title of a World War II film- I think it was about one of the resistance movements where at the end one of the main characters is executed by an acquantice who joined up with the Germans- he's shot in the back of the head along with a bunch of others in a mass grave...it's an older film I think I saw it on TV in the 80's so it's probably from the 60's/70's...

More details: I don't have much- I saw it when I was younger- I really just remember two scenes- one where the nazi's are meeting and discussing the most efficient way of killing is a bullet to the back of the head and two when there is a line of condemned in front of a trench with the nazi's going one by one shooting them- one guy turns his head to his killer- they know each other, he turns his head forward again and the guy shoots him...I want to say a younger kid is in line to get executed too...
