i have a pear shape figure so i have curves
why do most guys not find that attractive i'd hate to be a stick

I don't understand why some guys feel like that. For every one guy that doesn't like it, there is one that does. Don't think that you have to go on a crazy diet or anything like that to slim down for someone's approval. There are many people in the word that have pear shaped bodies and look good. Don't let someone's opinion discourage you. Curvy is good. I've got them myself. The "stick, pencil look" is not cute.

Maybe it's just that the sort of guy you're attracted to isn't attracted to your body type.
For example, plenty of guys like girls with a little extra weight. However, a buff personal trainer is more likely to only be attracted to very fit women, since fitness is such an integral part of his life. Maybe you're just not attracted to the pear-shaped men who would be interested in you.

Eeeek....don't be daft....like someone said before its all to do with what we're made to believe. I am actually quite a stick figure and the other week I put on a few pounds and my boyfriend was asking me to put on some more cause he'd like to see me being more curvy, cause it makes me look more womanly. Thats true. Curves actually are very womanly, but the point being that men like different things. Just cause you're used to seeing super skinny models doesn't mean all men like them. Men do have a mind of their own.

Well I am very curvy and my husband idolises me, believe it or not there are tons of guys out there who love curvy women, they are sexy and womanly, there not afraid to eat a meal for a start off and men like something to hold on to and not a bag of bones, I would not want to be a stick insect if you paid me to be, I prefer to be all woman thank you very much, magazines and media play on vulnerable women to try and convince them thin is in, is it any wonder the kids today are growing up anorexic, you have the figure of a real women, stay that way and be happy with yourself and wait for the lovely guy to sweep you off your feet for been you.

Who says girls with curvy figures are not attractive? I think you will find that most men prefer a woman with a 'bit of meat on her bones'. It's much nicer to cuddle a curvy woman than a stick insect!

Don't listen to the media..... attractive is a perception.

i love girls to have nice curves there is nothing more sexy than a girl like that, whats the big turn on about girls with no boobs and a backside made of bone lol

Curves are normal, men who want to date a skeleton should try the cemetery! Keep your curves and ignore anyone who doesn't appreciate you for you.
