I wouldn't say that having no hurricanes this year is someones"fault" I think that's a good thing but anyway first of all no one can control global warming or hurricanes and secondly people just want someone to blame and bingo they think lets just blame bush!! Plus bush has nothing to do with global warming how can he control the climate???

Not that Im a Bush fan or anything but this global warming problem started with the Inudustrial Revolution. So no its not his fault but yes he could have done something to prevent it. Such as he and congress could have passed a law that would implement that all states meet certian car emission standards. That could be one thing he could do to stop pollution which is causing global warming or he and congress could have been or could be finding alternative energy sources which can also prevent global warming. Everybody knows that gasoline is a natural resource that is quickly running out. Also you have to remember that China and India have the biggest populations in the world and they could be doing something also. So this thing isnt just an America issue its a WORLD issue.

He is partly to blame for Global Warming, A large percentage of Toxic gases that go into our atmosphere come from America and the first thing Bush did when he got into power was to not sign a treaty that other countries did to reduce the countries emissions
