In the perfect or pluperfect forms, it will always be "have accomplished" or "had accomplished."

Use "have accomplished" to describe something already done: "I have accomplished my goal."
Use "had accomplished" to describe an action taken before another past action: "I had accomplished all my work before my friends arrived."

They are both correct some of the time. The context will determine which is the one to use.

"I have accomplished many great feats of strength in my life." You are staying in the present.

"I had accomplished the greatest of my feats when another challenger came onto the field." You are narrating from the present (using the pluperfect tense, I believe) but continuing the story in the past.

Both are correct. It depends in which context and in which tense u want to say it. I have accomplished means u've just accomplished something. I had accomplished means that u had accomplished something some time back, Like i had accomplished that feat last year

Depending upon full context, "I have accomplished" would likely be the most correct. Using "had" implies past tense, in which case you would have to modify "accomplish" as such. Perhaps if I had the full context of the sentence I could provide more assistance.

I would have to go with "have accomplished" because accomplished is already in the past tense.

"I have accomplished much since graduating high school---a degree in psychology, and internship at General hospital as well as setting up a successful internet self-help site".

OR
"I had accomplished much since graduating high school---until that semi-truck ran into the city bus I was riding on and set my college education back 9 months"

See, there IS a difference--depends on how you plan on USING IT!

Neither. First, the pronoun you used should be capitalized (I).

"I have accomplished" is the correct form since accomplish is a verb. The easier form is "I achieved".
