You can buy a liquid that fills in the cracks and then you buff it down. Check entertainment/electronic stores.

Most gizmos that fix scratches will actually do more harm. The theory is that you can buff the scratch down. I would simply buy a new one. I've never been able to repair a scratch on a CD.

if the cd has minor scratches then you can purchase a cd buffer from pc world etc. this is a little device that u put the cd into and allow it to buff the scratches.
There are normally available from as little as £20, for a decent product.

take a regavenson's CD cleanser and, on a cloth
put 2 drops . now apply to the scratches and allow it for drying
after 1/2 hours the CD is as good as new

2 ways to try. First use warm water with washing up liquid and rinse with warm water. Second, for those really tough ones, get some braso [brass polish], use the liquid not the sponge and gently apply then rinse. Be careful with this one but its almost certain to work

you cant if it is scratched but u can copy it onto ur computer and reburn it on a new cd
