How do I know if I am tone deaf?

I get confused with notes and I have a hard time sticking to the beat in music :P

If you're playing an instrument, the confusion with notes may be just learning to read sheet music better. The sticking to the beat would mean you're rhythmically challenged. :P (I like tongue too *S*)

most singers are ..'tone..deaf when they first start...they rehearse, rehearse, rehearse..till they get it right !!...you got work to do girl...go do it and good luck......
