Have you filled out the A345/B request form in order to ask that question?
No?
Then fill out the A345/A form and we'll send you the A345/B in the post. When you get it. Fill it out and bring it back. Then we'll ignore it for six months, lose it, deny we ever saw it, get you to fill out another, lose that, get you to fill out one more, and then, after eight months, we'll tell you that the regulations have changed, that you should have submitted an A345/B at least 12 months ago, and you are no longer entitled to ask that question....
Got that? Good.
Next please....

It happens all the way through life: especially in UK. Give someone a little power and it goes straight to their head. The schoolmaster who insisted that his boys wear goggles when playing conkers must be, to be blunt, stark bonkers. We now have the start of Community Officers - Policing on the cheap. Just wait until they start a programme of Rank Structure. Every Tom Dick and Harry will be jumping on the bandwagon. If you just think about it, if they were really any good, why don't they become Police Officers.............

Yes everyone wants a secretary, and the secretary wants one too.Its called empire building. The same is happening in the NHS because the Nursing Auxiliaries or Assistants think they are overqualified to do the menial jobs in nursing. Also I know a couple of lads who wanted to join the police force but didn't even get a look in because they did not belong to an ethnic minority, but that's another question.
