Who cares? Whether it is Al Franken or Rush, they are all the same. Their opinion is 100% the party line. It is a shame there are not free thinking individuals anymore. Just a bunch of sheep following the lead of losers like Al and Rush...

You mean like how Al Franken is always on about how Republicans are racists but then has almost no African Americans on his staff.
Or how Micheal Moore owns stock in some of the very companies he derides.
Or how Rosie O'Donnell wants all guns off the street but hires an armed guard for herself.
Or how John Kerry said ""I will be voting to give the President of the United States the authority to use force-- if necessary -- to disarm Saddam Hussein because I believe that a deadly arsenal of weapons of mass destruction in his hands is a real and grave threat to our security." Sen. John F. Kerry (D, MA), Oct. 9, 2002."
but now call the President a liar?
or how Harry Reed demonised Republicans who accepted money from Jack Abramoff even though he did too?
or how Ted Kennedy is all about the environment but blocks a windmill farm because it's in his backyard?
or Sandy Berger removing documents from the National Archives before his testimony before the 911 commission?
or Gary Condits affair with an intern?
or how about Jim McGreavy appointing his gay lover to a homeland security position when the guy had no experiance?
or Jesse Jackson admitting he and an affair and father a child from that affair?
or William Jefferson who had 90,000 dollars in his freezer?
of course, all the Bill Clinton scandals.
That kind of stuff?
There are plenty of hypocrites on both sides of the isle.

Sorry, there just isn't anybody else as scummy as Rush. The only reason you have been exposed to him is that the so-called liberal media is controlled by neocons. Fox is the worst, but most local franchises for radio and tv are in the hands of the lunatic fringe neocons.
I'm a conservative, and these air-heads really turn my stomach.

I guess to me at least the closest thing would be Randi Rhodes, but i say that with great caution, they BOTH use a very direct, sometimes loud approach to getting they're opinions across. BUT, as not in the case of Randi, Rush pretty much shouts out whatever thoughts he just made up 10 seconds before. Randi researches her stuff very well, and in fact asks her listeners not to believe her, to reseach themselves. Thats pretty potent to knock down.

Rush Limbaugh is a Democrat.
He only pretends to be Republican to make Republicans sound stupid.
He does a brilliant job of it.

Bill Maher.
Al Franken may have been married to the same woman but he did rip off a charity for his radio station. He's hardly above reproach.

There can't be a democratic or liberal equivalent to Rush for one reason - dems and libs like facts and reason. Real handicap in Bush's America.

They're all political entertainers, not people who should be taken seriously.
What's your obsession with Rush?
