if a person pulls out a bb gun and it looks real, how much trouble could that person get in?

like what would happen if the other person called the cops

big BIG trouble they treat this as if it were a real one

If someone pulled a gun, whether or not it was a BB gun the other guy better had drop it. Otherwise he isn't walking away.

That's alot of trouble. You will get arrested for armed robbery if you rob someone with a bb-gun, or even just the threat of having a gun. The prison sentence is the same.
