Italy will always try to produce a good football team because the game is in their culture.
The germans right now have a complex against the italians, finding the italians difficult to beat. This does not mean germany is worse nor better than italy. Moreover, I find that the italians right now view the french team with difficulty. Again it''s not because the french are better, but a complex against the french team does exist.
Italia-vs France is coming up and I hope italy plays an excellent game. Viva l'italia--Forza Azzurri!!!

Germany is a better team but winning the world cup by Italy was just a matter of chance.

Obviously the bottom 3 premiership teams have more quality, This is the Aston Villa that beat Bayern Munich in the 1982 European Cup Final. Also in 2011-12 Newcastle came 5th ahead of champions league winners Chelsea (who beat Bayern Munich) this season they are 15th and 3 points of relegation but are also in the Europa league quater final.
