not only do blind people dream, but research indicates that their dreams are amazingly similar to those of seeing people. MRI results show that the same areas in the visual cortex are activated in blind and seeing people during dream. There is no way to tell what images they see, but they hold the same meaning to them as the images that seeing people see in their dream (I hope that makes sense!).

imagination can be influenced by voice also not only by sight. Blind people might definately be able to dream based on their imagination. Like they might be able to imagine how a tree luks based on what is told to them or by touching but they will not know the clours of the leaves n flowers. I guess they see colourless images

yes can, but difference is that a person can make images according to his imaginations which he came to know from the sources who teach him and voice is the main.
