The trigger operates a piston which moves in a cylinder against a spring.

As it does so it ejects a measure of soap.

A small steel ball on top of the long feeder tube closes the feeder tube.

On releasing the trigger the piston is pushed back by the spring and creates a vacuum.

This vacuum raises the steel ball from its seat and another measure of soap enters the cylinder via the feeder tube ready for the next ejection operation.

Sorry I am unable to supply drawings but if you look at some of the antibacterial sprays you should find one that has a translucent mechanism holder and the 'works' are visible, from which you could make your drawing.

Late Edition: Buy a Dettol Moisture Antibacterial Handwash and you will see the whole works! Make your drawings from that.

The ones I come across in public toilets usually work very badly. make a name for yourself design one that is vandal proof and effective - sell it to one of the manufacturing companies and make your fortune.
