My friend is 11 and she wanted me to ask is she to young to have great sex? or get pregnet, I think yes what about u?

Physiologically, there's good chance she IS too young for great sex (at least going all the way, at that age, she's probably not formed enough to accept the male organ without great pain, or serious harm), and to get pregnant. Of course, she just might be precocious enough to be ready so far as her body is concerned... it depends on whether and how her body has changed lately. does she have breasts, have the periods come?
Mentally, odds are She IS too young anyway, since Western society is all about keeping young people child like far longer than nature says. She might do it, she might even enjoy it, but would she be mature enough to handle the consequences and relationships?
Anyway, I don't know where you are, but a girl of 11 having sex would expose any partners to serious legal repercussions.

Of course she is. What kind of question is that? Just ask her if she's ready to stop sleeping at night to nurse her baby. Ask her if she's ready to notice when her baby is ill or needs a doctor. Ask her if she's ready to work to keep the baby. Ask her even if the baby's father is going to stay after he does his 'business'...
