I am 18 and just got a permit... And I need to know if I am allowed to drive without someone 21 or older... I have moved around alot and thats why I haven't taken DE and gotten one sooner...

even at 18 with a permit, you can't drive by yourself. You need to be accompanied by another licensed adult.

yes you are because you're 18, legal to be driving alone. If you're not sure, consult with a DMV personnel or call them and ask.
