Carolina Panther fans,would you go to the games if?

Would you still go to the games if alcohol was prohibited in the stadium? I don't drink anymore, but I used to. I went to the Saints at Panther game yesterday and the stench of beer-breath was disgusting. I saw guys with their 7 or 8 year old sons drinking beer and trying to explain to them what was happening in the game. And then there is always the guy that starts sounding like a seal when he talks. I think that our athletes should be role-models for our children, but what kind of example are you being? I say if you want to drink, stay home and watch the game on TV but send the children somewhere else to play or whatever until you have sobered up. Be a good example. What is your opinions on this. What about college games, is drinking permitted there?

Alcohol is not sold at college games, but it's everywhere from tailgate parties to belt flasks. I agree that there should be responsible limits at NFL games. Bartenders at a regular bar are liable if they serve an intoxicated person too much and they get into a wreck, but there seems to be no such liability at stadiums.

It could be argued that it's up to parents to make wise choices, but in a world where you need a license to fish but not to bear offspring, we all know common sense isn't common.

yes I think there is drinking allowed at some college games. Not sure though,,

And I agree with the fact that if your gonna get drunk then you should stay home. Especially with your kids. But wether it's at a ballgame or theme park or where ever,, I don't think you should ban the sell of Alcohol becuase there are responsible adults who can drink one beer or whatever and still be ok.

I am a huge Panthers fan and yes I would still go. You can always drink while tailgating and go in and enjoy the game. I agree with you, people should watch the alcohol intake around kids though
