It is all in the definition of "job."

1. A regular activity performed in exchange for payment, especially as one's trade, occupation, or profession.
2. A position in which one is employed.

I see that all the time. I see help wanted signs in shops in my area, but most of those jobs are at other locations, not the shop in my neighborhood. Kinda false advertising.
