I bought some cleats about 4 months ago and use them like one to two times a week. I know they still have a lot to go but was just wondering how to tell how much is left in them and when they need to be replaced.

I have had cleats for a a year to a year and half. I play soccer all the time for school and travel. Usually 5-6 times a week. You can use them for awhile. You can keep using them until your foot outgrows it or it begins to tear apart. You also might want to change cleats if you are not getting enough grip with them. Adidas cleats last for a long time. That is what I have.

When the cleats are stained either green, brown or anyother color on the sides on the fabric is best when you need to replace them. Or unless you develop a hole in them. Cleats can go a very long time if you take care of them properly! wash them once per week and spray with febreeze lol
