I sent a tv off for repair, and I'm having difficulty getting them to deliver the tv back to my flat. I want to be able to threaten to report them so they will finally deliver the television (it's too big for me to pick it up myself, and free delivery is part of their service)

Higher an attorney, that wont want fees until the case is "Settled" and or turn them into the "Better Business Bureau!" If you have one of those in London, if you do, then also ask them for suggestions as to what to do, before you file a bad report against their company... Or I'd take "Bruno" down to their flat, and intimidate them with a really "Big-Mafia-looking" man, who wont take any crap from them, to just stand there, while you speak your mind to them, with his arms folded, and a growling look on his face! That might just get them to "Hurry things up a bit" you know..........Good-Luck,,to you!
