how would i get from brussels.s.charleroi airport 2 bruge?

According to this airport's website, coach (bus) to Brussels Midi looks like 10,5 euros. While I was researching, I read reviews stating that tickets must be purchased inside the airport, and not from the driver as the website states. From Brussels, train to Bruges: http://www.b-rail.be/main/E/ -- I'm guessing the train ticket will be about 10,50 euros as well.

Alternatively, you can purchase a local bus transfer to Charleroi train station, and then train ticket to Bruges (via Brussels Midi station) all together for only 10,50 euros at the airport ticket desk. This is obviously half-price vs. the first method, but I don't know how the timing compares.
