7, oh I hate 7....um Lower!!
My MIL has a fruit machine at home and whenever I get a 7 on the Higher or Lower game I always go Lower and usually, thats right!

i woul go lower if its over 5 go lower lower than 5 go higher

I would go higher, as there are 7 cards higher (54.1%) and only 5 cards lower (38.5%), as well as another 7 (7.4)%.
