Garlic is a blood pressure reducer....but it doesn't reduce it by all that much. Oats reduces high cholesterol but again, not all that much. A diet with oats in it daily at 1-2 cups may reduce it by 10-20 points at most.

Garlic is the natural way to help for many problems. The first of these is blood-related problems. Garlic regulates blood pressure. It is also good for cholesterol, but only if intake of high-choelterol food is regulated too.
In fact, swallowing a garlic pod as an early morning ritual (empty stomach) takes care of many worries. That doesn't sound too godd- but, its aproven fact. Try it and u dnt need to worry abt many worries.
Take care..
