i dont see how it would be. and there have also been studies proving that eating right before bed has no effect on your digestive system. they say a calorie is a clarorie no matter when you eat it. so eating right before you go to bed isnt goin to make you gain weight either..

Where did your mother get such a weird idea? There is no way a shower at any time could possibly make your abdomen larger. That is evidently what they call an old wives' tale...and they are nonsense.

no, of course not, you can take at any time of the day a shower or shower for hours, nothing will happen to your tummy. why would your mom tell you such a thing???? believe me, it is not true
