I am a woman in my19ht and i have a weight problem it always going up ,i have gain in 2month 10kg or more,so please gife me ahealthy solution

there is no magical way to lose weight. You have to control the amount of calories you consume and exercise. Go swimming, Jog with friends, walk in the park with friends, or go to the Gym or do it all in different days so you can have a variaties of things to do and wont get bored of just one thing. Also look for a partner maybe a friend to support each other and make it fun also. You also have to be patient it might take time to actually lose the weight you want, doesnt happen in just one day. the safer way is to lose 2 pounds in a weeks or about 1 kg per week.it is important that increase ur physical activity by doing low-intense exercise so that u won't so easily get hurt n will carry on to exercise.2.drink a cup of plain water be4 meal, n at least 8 cups of water a day bout 2 liters,but beware that the water that u drink shouldn't be 'flavored' eg. soft drink......3.cut down ur energy intakes by eating foods like legumes,vegi,fresh fruits,whole grains in state of fried chicken which is high in energy intakes cuz the oil from cooking n the fat.

I went to Unisense, body slimming center before, the therapist often reminds me that I should not eat more calories than what my body can burn through routine activities. Should cut down on carbohydrates and increase protein, vege, fruits and fluids.

just stick to the food pyrimade..dont eat granola..and weird healthy bread...dont eat pizza or hamerburgers..nothing fried...i gained 20pounds from eating granola things..and dont eat those 100 calorie bag things...cause it makes u want to have more..and dont eat paenut butter...eat like boiled vegs...3 fruits...ceral..like cornflakes...krispies...with milk...i like 2% reduced fat..cause it tastes like 2%.... and fish and meat...not fried..if u want use the pam spray...well thats my diet i just eat cearl like 3 times a day..and rice cakes are good with cheese...or like eggs...or something..and dont eat mayonase or chips..and excirse just not to much...
