It depends what you class as cheap. The place I usually use is:

http://www.savastore.com

but if you check out your local "freecycle" group, I bet you can get one for free (I've seen 4 advertised in my area in the last 7 days):

I tried recently to buy a cheap monitor,I searched around on sites like www.scan.co.uk, www.misco.co.uk and of course www.amazon.co.uk. But the best place to look is if town/city where you live has a second hand monitor or general PC shop - you get some really good deals there in my experience.

I personally use Dabs, which can be found at http://www.dabs.com

Just an example is a fairly good, 17" TFT Monitor of their own DabsValue brand at only £104.97.

If you're interested too, I've noticed that in the Argos October Sale, you can get a 19" widescreen TFT monitor for only £139.99. A fairly good deal, I would say!
