The reptilain brain can and does take over for us when we are in danger or fearful It completely takes over from the higher functions overides reason and logic etc.

Now that we have been told about an enemy we can't see for so long is that "stress" taking away our ability to reason and use logic?

Some people seem to think that Bush is full of bull cookies but whenever they speak the crowd shouts slogans and yells coward etc.

Is this because the reptilian section of our brain is so over stimulated we can't see a draft dodger is in charge of the military and a college flunkyis trying to interpret world events ?

Terrorism is defined as causing terror. It's not a race, it's not a sex, it's not a color. And yet the message being sent by this Administration in particular is hate all Muslims, they're evil. How much sense does that make? Last I remember, Pol Pot was a Buddhist, and McVeigh was a Christian. My question is, how can people still support this man?

Fear is used by both parties to promote their agenda. GOP uses fear of losing your money to the government and fear of terrorism. DNC uses fear of global warming and fear of losing your government beneifits to push their agenda. Two sides of the same coin.
