hi,

Its ur decision regarding which the job offer u want 2 opt for, but I'll try to help u to arrive at the decision. U havn't mentioned the position,JD, and Remmuneration both the companies r offering. How ever on the basis of the info. provided by u I would like u 2 consider the following:

1. What r ur long term objectives? And which one of the job offer meets ur long term objectives?

2. What is important to u: Monetary considerations or Job Satisfaction?

3. How fast will you be able to advance within the organization once u join either of the organization?

In addition to this go to the websites of the respective companies to further refine ur judgement...a lot is displayed in the "Careers" section.

Do consult ur profs, peer grps, and parents before ariving at the decision.

U can also visit the links given below for ariving at a decision:

You are the only one who can answer this question. You have to know what are your goals on one side: money or career or professional satisfaction and challenges and what are these jobs offer you on the other side. In other words, which company suits better and aligned with your aims.

Donot jump to conclusion just by seeing numerical digits of your salary.Try to see yourself down the line after 5-10 years . will you be different or same as you are today. If you feel both companies are alike will not give you life but only money drop & choose none of them.
