What idiots!
I would tell you what they did to my friends rabbits but it is to harsh for the internet! They did it September 11th, so some idiot might not know how to come together with their emotions about death! I dont think thats much of an excuse! If they knew were they burried your rabbit they might of been watching you, so find out if it was somebody you knew and call the animal control center o seee if you have a crime in your hands (depending on how the rabbit died) . People are so disgusting these days!
I hope that it doesnt effect you too much and that you catch the perpetrater. Good luck!

It would be a most bizarre and nasty thing,
I have ever heard of .
WHO?? would dig up and put a dead rabbit
back into its hutch .

okay maybe one of the neighbours kids accidently killed a rabbit, they thought it was your rabbit..and buried it in your backyard to hide it
and then later on realised you had gone on holiday so they buring the rabbit up [not knowing that there digging up the rabbit you had buring previously]
and put it back in its cage, to make it look like the rabbit had died of natural causes
and what makes u so sure that the rabbit in the cage is the same pet rabbit you had?

Are you sure it's the same rabbit and not a gift from some1 to surprise you when you get home?, but forgot you were gone for 3 weeks or so and didn't leave it any food.

Cant believe so many peeps answered this. Its an urban myth isnt it..... an old joke. Like the one where the guy gives the hitchhiker a lift, she leaves her coat in the car, and he goes back to the house where he dropped her off and finds she died a year ago.

Well that would require someone with a sick mind. I don't know what anyone would be thinking to do something like that. i am so sorry that happened to you. That was prob really hard for you to see. If you ever find out who did that I would cut them out of your life cuz thats just wrong.

It wasn't just somebody, it wasn't just anybody, it was a devine entity. It was God! Unfortunately God was suffering from a CRAFT moment (Can't Remember A F***ing Thing), so he missed out the important part- bringing the creature back to life.

You know what it means when a rabbit dies. You shouldn't have tried to hide the evidence. I think it was probably that pro-life neighbor of yours. Come on... what's one more kid when you already have three?
