Is the "O" a tire or is it a word?

I've had a search around and cannot find an answer to that. Probably just to do with the tire shape I guess.

Circle, like the Circular,shaped tire! Or it could be one of the owners, initial.. I'm not sure...

resembles the hole in the middle of the thing that there selling, which I guess is tires
