JBL gets a new contract. JBL gets star treatment. JBL gets to have his cake and eat it too. Why is the WWE and Vinny Mac cowtowwing to this former midcard jabrony? I guess beating up on Rey Mysterio can only help your career. Seriously, am I missing something?

JBL is a wrestl**** er.... investment god! He's handling Vinnie Mac's portfolio and making the dude money so he can always have a job with the Mac man.

Nah... seriously? I don't know. He may have been a mid card player, but he's been around for awhile. Sort of like the sacred cow. He can't get killed.

I think he's talking about off TV, that JBL is getting the treatment. He basically has his head stuck up McMahon's @$$ and that's why he's with the company today, getting all the perks, including crapping all over the new talent that comes in.

I think JBL is a way better announcer than he is a wrestler and makes a great addition to the Smackdown team. He makes me forget Tazz was ever Michael Cole's announce partner; no offence to Tazz though, he'still a great announcer.

JBL is a great person to keep in the company especially with his intelligence and contacts

of course JBL is worth it. he went from Justin Hawk Bradshaw the cowboy to WWE Champion and Wrestling God. and he is a financial genius. and he knows more about old school wrestling than any of the other commentators.

Only thing I can see that you're missing is that wwe is completely fake, as are all the wrestling shows. They are completely pre-planned and know who is going to win months before the "Show". So what difference does it make? Thats like arguing about whether tim taylor should have fired the tool time girl or not... absolutely pointless.
