Oh that's easy, am 5'4 and until march i weighed 198 lbs thank god for going to the gym 5 days a week and watching my foods am now 155 lbs.
You should have a lot of carbs with protein. Also have fatty foods.
Example:
McDonald's every lunch time
make your your calorie intake is more that 4000 per day till Saturday.
Women are only to have 2000 calories per day so double it.

The others have covered eating... (as much as you can swallow, and don't be afraid of junk food, carbs or sweets) ... the same applies to drinking... full sugar sodas, coffee and whatnot sweetend with real sugar (but be careful of caffeine, it speeds your metabolism, so you burn calories quicker), and plenty booze if you enjoy it. A very good method is carb rich, fatty food washed down with alcoholic drink ... you'll burn the cals from the booze and store all the fat.

eat 3 good balanced meals aday and sprinkle a little brewers east on a serveing at each meal and eat a snack in between meals and a bowl of cereal before you go to sleep

Wow, that's a new one.
Just as you won't lose weight quickly, you can't really gain weight that quickly either, unless you totally pig out, in which case you'll probably get sick because your body won't be used to the new diet.

you need to eat alot of calories and carbs then don't drink water drink soda and eat all day then you will gain alot for weight by saturday

get weight builders "weigh" its used to help them gain weight, you can mix it in water, cereal, milk, milkshakes...and it comes in all sorts of flavors...go to a GNC or sometimes walmart has it...but your best bet is a vitamin/nutrition store
