Well there is any warm tea with honey and lemon. usually works GREAT or at least helps some symptoms. Also bending your head over the sink with hot water running and a towel over your head is great so you can breath in the steam, this helps clear your nasal passages. (Note don't stick your face in the hot water or any part of your body for that matter). Other then that some good old chiken noodle soup, orange juice and vitamen C withe lots and lots of rest! Is a sure fire way to kick a cold in the but.
I hope you feel better!
Have a Wonderfull Day!

I've taken a natural erb called Echanasia, one a day and it will cut the time span of a 10 day cold to 5 days. This spelling of the word may be off by a few letters. Its been a long time since I've needed it.

Pork fried rice. Noononon no. Im sorry it was just a joke. Um seriously though, try lemon wheatgrass. It seems to work all the time for everyone but me. I do a saltwater gargle for a minute, and that always works for me. Trick is not to wash out the salt in your throat. after you gargle, try not to swallow anythign for about a half hour. I know it sounds strange, but it's worked for me since I was 5. I'm sorry again about the joke, I think you're gorgeous by the way.

a hot toddie, its a wee scottish recipe that works a treat. a shot of whisky, some hot water (depending on how strong you want it. put in a couple of cloves and some honey or lemon juice and there you have a hot toddie.
it not only makes your cold go away but it gives you a nice wee glow. just be sure you dont smell of booze for your meeting
enjoy, and get well soon

Hot tea with lemon and chicken noodle soup. Works every time! Oh! And if your congested, fill you sink with steaming hot water, put your face as close to it as possible, without burning yourself, and put a towel over your head making a tent and just take slow deep breaths of the hot steam. It is really soothing. Hope you feel better!!!

Vitamin C drops have helped me. I thinK Halls makes them.
Hot Tea is good... caffiene & the steam helps open up the lungs & be more productive in breathing.
Chicken soup helps you feel better if nothing else. Even just chicken broth form bullion is good. The salt will help soothe a sore throat. (I know, sounds crazy but it works.)

The best remedy is a warm set of arms around you. You'd feel better in no time.
As for whether or not I just say the right things... why don't you get to know me?
