A side effect not mentioned yet is DEATH!! If you take some of these "tablets" without some health professional guidence (Medical doctor, Chiropractor, Nutritionist), they can cause some major neurologic imbalance that can effect your heart, causing some irregular rhythms along with other major problems, leading to possible death. It is the most extreme but it could happen. Professional athletes are a prime example. You have to be very careful taking any supplement that increases your heartrate.

Most pills that make those claims are worthless. Secondly, some of the side effects are increased heart rate (beats fast like a rabbit's), anxiousness, headaches, difficulty sleeping, etc. I do not recommend these pills. If you want to speed up your metabolism, use exercise combined with a balanced diet. Best of luck!

Side effects include: nervousness, tremor, diarrhea, bulging eyes, racing heartbeat, elevated blood pressure even heart failure.
Sooo not worth it!
