Depends on the position - but here is some good general stuff.
1- Carry a football with you at all times through the house. It gets you comfortable with the ball and how it feels. The more famaliar the better of a handle you will have.
2 - Walk on your toes. It gets your speed up and helps with ankle strength.
3- If you're a reciever - catch small things, like golf balls. If you are a qb, throw paper balls through hoops and the like.
4 - highstep when you walk - builds drive in the legs and proper explosion technique.
