Just take pre-natal vitamins so when you get pregnant you are getting enough folic acid for the baby.

There are no vitamins or home remedies to help you conceive. Just take care of yourself and have your partner do the same. The healthy both of you are, the less complications for conceiving.

Hiya, I'm trying too at the moment, you definitely need to be taking Folic acid, the pregn-care tablets somebody else mentioned are great, I've been taking these, they contain folic acid (the exact amount you need), plus all the other vitamins you need throughout your pregnancy. You do have to be careful not to take the wrong ones, make sure you read the labels, I'm sure I read NOT to take Vitamin A supplements.

I have also read that it is good for the man to take folic acid supplements too as well as Zinc tablets - you can get these at tesco, or any supermarket really.

You should also avoid Alcohol, soft or blue veined cheese and raw seafood. - Also, I read that Ibruprofen can also damage a baby, so be careful of that too.

Best of luck to you, I'll keep my fingers crossed!

For women Folic Acid is very good for helping you to concieve. It's not a vitamin as such but don't be put off by the name, it's not harmful and is available in any pharmacy.

First of all you need to take folic acid and you should also take zinc (good for man to take too) and vitamin E which you can also find in most nuts and seeds, so try to include these in your diet.

Just a basic multivitamin. Its helpful for a woman to take a prenatal when expecting to get pregnant.

Just have sex. Relax, enjoy it. Babies are a result, you cant MAKE yourself pregnant, and trying to control it will only leave you stress, smpty and barren.

You'll get pregnant when you least expect it. Jsut stay healthy and have sex whenever youre in the mood.
