Around the city center you will find night clubs everywhere. If you are in Warsaw at the moment, purchase the WIK (wprost i kultura) magazine. In there you will find some of the best (and worst) nightclubs (along with restaurants, bars, pubs, cafes, etc). Each nightclub has a short review and prices for a beer. My personal favorite nightclub is Club 70 which is located on ul. Walicow.

Anywhere downtown is fun! If you go by the main square, you can find any great night clubs and bars around. Go by the Palac Kultury (the biggest old-looking building in the center) and if you go around there, you'll find them! Have fun!
