Most of Egypt is located on the African continent in north eastern corner however a very small part of it is locates on the Asian continent. Because the majority is on the African continent though it is considered a north african country on the African continent however, it inhabitants are largely considered to be Arab as opposed to African (Arab meaning a person from the arabian penninsula not arab meaning muslim which is not the correct way to use the term even though I see and hear people do it everyday.).
