plz i need to publish reports and poems in an international mag or newspaper so how can i do it ...??

Why do you NEED this?

If it doesn't happen.....will you die? Is your life over as you know it? Will the world be a better place with your reports and poems known to the populace?

Nobody NEEDS to publish reports or poems. They can want/desire to be published, but nobody NEEDS to be published.

How will reading these reports and poems make my life better?

A newspaper or magazine will only publish stories and information that is relevant to its readers. I don't know what you have to publish, but I honestly don't think you will get an international magazine or newspaper to pubish a poem unless there was a significant story behind it. Good luck anyway.
