online? tha'ts easy, so i'm sure tha'ts not what you're asking.
many game stores, like EB, and Gamestop do not usually carry ps1 games, unfortunately. so you need to find a good local run shop. these also carry the bonus of sometimes having great nes/sega/snes games.
the cost should be between 9 and 15 bucks.

yes, ebay has almost everything, but i've never heard of a game called final fantasy tactics, i used have a game for the GBA called Final Fantasy Tactics Advance.

if you have a Game X Change or a Game Traders locally they are the best bet it only runs 9.99 there if you do not have them then try EB Games or Game Stop i dont know the price their but surely they would have it I have the game but will not sell it to you unless you live around Fort Smith, AR
