I had acupuncture about 24 days ago and then had a period the next day. I am hoping it will help me to conceive but I am charting my temps and don't seem to have had a rise as of yet.

I know it can really help you expell your uterine lining during a period, which is always healthy. It takes more than one session for accupuncture to work though.
Women dont cycle like the tide, you might not ovulate at a regular time each month, or you might ovulate late or early. Just keep tracking your temp. Before you even sit up in bed every morning, otherwise you wont get the right reading.

acupuncture is agreat alternative treatment i recomend looking after a baby for a couple of days here and there sometimes kick starts your hormones

sorry to tell you but I tryed and it did not work...
mabye because I did not believed it to work...
I think if you really believe it can help just keep trying

I think you would have better success by having the penis stuck in you more often rather than needles. I don't think needles can get you pregnant as quick as a big stiff one.
