Are you switching using a KVM switch?? If so, that "duck" sound it to let you know it is ready to switch. There is probably no way to disable this sound...check your KVM switch documentation.

Start -> Control Panel -> Sounds. Change your System Sound Scheme to one with a duck that's slightly less annoying.

that sound made by a little speaking in your "case"
try to disconnect it

but new motherboard has a embedded speaker and you cannot remove it
