both are easy
1) 6xy-9yz+ 15xz = 3(2xy-3yz+5xz) taking 3 as common factor
2) it is quadratic
find 2 number sum = 7 and prouct = 15*(-2) or -30.
they are 10 and -3
15x^2+7x-2
= 15x^2+10x -3x-2
= 5x(3x+2) -(3x+2) = (3x+2)(5x-1)

to figure out the factor: first multiply 15x2=30
next: find values that multiply to equal 30 but the sum is 7.
next: 15x2+10x-3x-2.
next: factor the first two : 5x(3x+2)
next factor remaining two: -1(3x+2)
Now (3x+2) and combine values outside of the parenthesis.
you get (5x-1)(3x+2)
