Ross,
Develop your own or have someone do it for you but you'll need to list your property on a number of listing sites. Before you do, look for florida villa owners forums and take advice. The best sites are full with lengthy waiting lists.

A web site should be part of a comprehensive marketing campaign. You'll need to look at all the usual ways of letting people know you have a villa fore rent. We rent ours through our chain of high street offices too and that pays dividends although we get a lot of referral traffic from elsewhere. Its been a bit embarassing since we've given away over 3 months worth of bookings this year since we could not cope with our 2 villas. We advertise our villas through www.myorlandovilla.biz.

So in summary - list on Quality listings sites, have a rounded marketing campaign. Oh I almost forgot - forget management company 'guarantees' you get low rates and heavy wear on your property!
