Where can I find a listing of photography teachers to tell them about a student/teacher photo contest?

You can't in Providence, RI - if there were any photography teachers here - budget cuts caused by NCLB got rid of them.

Every school should have an art teacher- search Yahoo for high schools and email the schools directly with a press release attn: art teacher.

Go to the area schools websites and get the email for the art teacher or assistant principal
