I typically "remote out" to use another computer on my home LAN, then I can do anything there, - as if I'm sitting in front of that computer.

OMG i wish I could KILL BESS!!!
Im at school right now : ( My school blocks most of the good sites...
There are a few ways around security depending on how secure the blocking program is (bess is pretty secure, i havent got completely around it yet)
Some things to try are Proxies(try the links), caches, and hacks. : )

To access a cache just go to google. and type in (whatever blocked website) and click on "cached" instead of the link itsself, im not sure if this will work for you tube, it usually just works best whne you just need to go to one page and read text, it doesnt usually let you got to links off that site or interact with the site...

and hacks...ahhh yes...hacks...

there are a few ways around this problem...

you could
a) restart the comp and hi F8 to start in safemode then go into the administrator account (this only works if the person who set up the network is a computer innept) administrator accounts shouldnt have any blocks at all which means
Playtime kiddies!!!!

If you have access to a dos box (run from start menu then type "cmd")
you can change almost anything you ant from there (again, only if the person who set up the network in dumb-ish)
just do a google search for "open dos from notepad" and you should find something to explain how to get a dos box even if you dont technicly have access to it...

hope this helped a bit

email me & tell me how this worked out, Im very curious about this : )

No, you can't.

BTW, you should study in school, not waste you time on the Internet! You'll have plenty of time in a few years to go on the Internet, especially if you study and you make enough money to relax at home!

Well, if you had to pay for it you'd be mad too! The school System Administrator was mad at you all taking up bandwith accessing YouTube. And your parents and I am paying for that.

School computers are to be used for school business only - period.

Like work computers are for that purpose only - for business - period. My boss would skin me alive if I used my PC for playing interactive chess with my friend and best chess bud Cezar in Equador.

YouTube was using up a lot of their bandwidth, so that's why they blocked it. Unless you are the administrator, you cannot get past the block.

You can get mad all you want but if the administrator wants to block it, it is blocked. Quit worrying about it. You want to watch YouTube, go home and watch it.
