i want a pc[cabinet configuration] i.e of what cpu, gpu,motherboard,ram,hdd,cd writer,etc only and leaving moniter, keyboard and mouse[as i have them] for Rs.10000[290$] thats fit for gaming. i would be happy if many alternatives and configurations are suggested as i have only 290$ and would like to play all games till 2006[with decent graphics] . my main focus is a fast and powerful gaming rig on or under 290$[RS.10000]

Not gonna happen. Period. Now I don't know where you are, obviously not the U.S. since you are quoting a different currency, but unless parts are incredibly cheap there, not gonna happen. I wouldn't even talk about gaming until you reach $800, and if from what you are saying more close to $1500. Sorry, but this is the truth, it's just not possible.
