Emceeing Cheerleading competition????

A co-worker and I have to emcee a cheerleading competition Saturday. I was never a cheerleader, nor did I participate in high school sports. Can you tell me what I should expect my duties to be? Again, I'm just an emcee, not a judge. THANKS!

its not that hard to do, you will be anouncing the places that the teams got ,and you'll be announcing the teams as they perform,and you'll be handing out trophys.i no all this because ive been a cheerleader for 5 years, and my organization has hosted tons of competitions
