All they ever do is copy an English movie and add a few songs to make it into an indian movie. Any indian movie thats a hit is a copy of an english movie either in part or the whole thing. The indian director has a ready story from an english film, he doesnt have to write his own story. And the illiterate/uninformed indian public praises the plagarizing indian director as talented.
Eg, sholey(the most popular indian movie ever) is ripped off from a few dollars more starring clint eastwood, and so many others, even the name Bollywood had to be taken from Hollywood. İ wonder whats preventing Hollywood from sueing these Bollywood indian asses.

I totally agree with you, They are a bunch of copy cats and cannot think for themselves. I wish they would stop stealing ideas.

No, not all the movies and not at all applicable of old movies....... You might have few examples and that doesn't mean bollywood is project from hollywood......

well you can't do much about piracy in any country, there are english and indian movies available in open market for as low as 2$ a DVD.

So don't worry about the remake or copy, just enjoy the movies

Not that I care about Indian movies but it is fun to watch the song video. Look, if you don't like it don't watch it. FYI, only a few movies are plagarized. Calling the Indian public illiterate or uninformed is idiotic because many of them know the ones that are copied are copied. I have a feeling you are jeaous of something. :)

I haven't seen a good American Indian film in a long time. I guess its about time for Hollywood to release another one. Years ago and I mean years ago, the American Indian got a bad rap and always lost the battle. More modern versions have given a truer depiction of the cunning fighters they really were.

true lies, twelve monkeys, unfaithful, and point of no return all from france

vanilla sky from spain

the vanishing from holland

the italian job, oops hang on the original was already english (from britain), oh well, still a (bad) remake

and the list goes on, and on, and on...

You are absolutely right. I think it is the same as piracy and they should be cited for it!
