That's a tough question. Back in the day , with Jimmy Carter and the NORML (National Organization to Reform Marijuana Laws) campaign , it was a perfect time to radically alter the course of Americas drug problems. In countries that have had legal usage of pot for years , the crime rate is so low that cops have a stress free job and people don't fear for their life every time theres a knock at the door. A friend recently returned from Denmark (I believe ) and all he could talk about was how comfortable the people were with strangers. Maybe they were all high , but at least they were happy. Because our bonehead politicians decided to have a "WAR ON DRUGS" , which I understand they are still planning on winning...in the next 94 years, the use of a simple drug, a natural drug ... has gone high tech ! I smoked pot in high school during the 70's and had a blast. I have never suffered any long term effects from smoking pot but todays "weed" ? They call it "Chronic" for a good reason. I am amazed that the same seed that grew the pot we smoked can produce a plant that has such a dramatically different effect. I've taken one hit in the past 15 years and I cannot handle it ! I'm older ..yes , but this hybrid is too strong for me and at $800.00 an ounce....far too expensive. All in all...I'd say Yes. It should be legal to consume under rational control. Who knows...the next generation of hybrib "BUD" might be called --- "TOP" or
"Totally Omnipotent Pot"

No not yet at least. Probably adults will be more responsible with this but teenagers will be affected greatly by smoking too much and getting into lots of trouble.

No. Why TAXES. Imagine what the taxes would be on a Bag Of Fun. If it's anything like cigarette taxes, you wouldn't be able to afford it anymore.
